Thu Nguyen BDS (Lond) 1979; LDS RCS (Eng) 1980

Thu qualified from Guy’s Hospital in 1979 and worked in general practice in Radlett and Enfield before buying St Peter’s Lodge Dental Practice in St Albans in 2002. She has strived to maintain the Practice reputation for service and quality while introducing modern equipment and ideas.

Thu is particularly good with nervous patients and children who may not have attended a dentist for some time.

Nisha also qualified from Guy’s Hospital in 1996 and has worked in Watford and Stanmore before joining Thu in Enfield. She now works at St Peter’s Lodge two days per week.

Nisha is a gentle, caring dentist with considerable skill in applying modern dental techniques.

Katherine Hamblett BDS (Newcastle) 1998

Katherine qualified from Newcastle Dental School in 1998 and has worked since then in a dental practice in High Wycombe.  However she has always lived in St Albans and is pleased to be joining this local practice from July 2006.

Katherine is experienced in dealing with children and covers a wide range of general dentistry.  She will work with us for two days each week.

Helen Miller EDH, DipDT, RCS (Eng)

Helen combines the roles of Dental Hygienist and Dental Therapist. She obtained this dual qualification from the Eastman Dental School in 2000 and came to work with us at St Peter’s in 2005. She works three days each week at the Practice.
Helen’s role is to help the dentist provide preventative dentistry as well as to provide periodontal (cleaning) care. As a Dental Therapist Helen is qualified to undertake a limited range of dental treatments and she is particularly experienced at the treatment of our child patients.
